Robinsong partners have achieved all five levels of training directly under David Rosgen, the developer of the highly-acclaimed Stream Classification System and Natural Channel Design Techniques that are the basis for the latest Regulatory Guidance mitigation requirements. The Nashville, Tennessee office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has issued the region’s first permit to utilize the Rosgen methodology on a project in North Alabama. The Rosgen techniques allow high-quality streams to be constructed to achieve successful on-site and off-site mitigation that satisfies regulatory restraints.
